Reserve

We organize private experiences on request. For this reason, we need to check availability with our hosts before confirming your booking. To reserve, please send us a request via WhatsApp +351 935203666, e-mail info@portoinsights.com or using the form below. We will respond within 24 hours. 

If you are flexible, please indicate multiple days on which you can participate. This makes booking easier and gives us the opportunity to offer you alternatives. After confirming the booking, we will send you an  e-mail with all the information about the workshop and the payment. 

Individual requests for groups up to 15 persons can be paid directly at the studio on the day of the workshop.

Reservations for larger groups need to be paid in advance.  To reserve, we ask you to make a prepayment of 50% of the total amount and the rest one week before the day of the experience. 

Cancellation policy: cancellations with at least 48 hours before the start of the experience will be fully refunded, cancellations with less then 48 hours before the start will not be refunded (consider local times). 

Please note, locations will differ depending on the experience. These are offered in English, French or Portuguese. On request, we will check the possibility of other languages, such as German or Russian.
