Azulejo workshop
Try your hand at painting an azulejo and bring home a bright souvenir made with your own hands. You will visit an atelier of a local ceramist, who will introduce you to the history and varieties of Portuguese tiles. Then you can paint your own azulejo. It needs to be baked in a high temperature oven to reveal a particular brightness and can be picked up 1-2 days later. Bring your childern with you, they will love the experience! Extra tile for an additional fee of 5€.

Sketching worksop
During this sketching workshop we will help you to make your own beautiful sketch based on one of Porto iconic motivs. We will paint with water colours and markers. Even if you don´t have sketching experience, you will be able to make first steps in urban sketching in a warm company under the guidence of our attentive teacher. This is a fun and meaningful way to spend your time in the city f Porto exploring local culture. In the end you will take home a unique memory of the city, created with your own hands.Â

Pottery wheel workshop
How about a vase made with your own hands? Or would it rather be a pot? Or a plate? This is all possible under the guidence of our experienced potter. See the magic happening: a lump of clay transforming into a fragile form responding to every touch and at last into a solid piece.  It needs to be baked in a high temperature oven and can be picked up ca. 3 days later. You can make as many pieces as you want. Also consider a second follow-up session in case you want to learn further stages of working with your piece or want to paint it.

Ceramics workshop
This is a fun workshop for both children and grown-ups. You will create an object out of clay, which can be a bowl, a plate, a figure, an animal or anything you can think of! Clay gives you limitless possibilities to mold it according to your ideas. The malleable material allows you to create, change your mind, reshape, improve and recreate again. At the end you can paint your piece of art. Ready pieces need to dry & be fired in a high temperature oven. You can pick them up ca. 3 days later. Additional glazing & second firing are possible for a small extra fee (pieces will be ready 2 days later in this case).

Embroidery workshop
We will teach you to embroider a simple design or a couple of words. You can think of your own design or choose one of our ideas. We will provide a cloth that can later be put in a frame or used as a special gift or a handmade souvenir. Alternatively you can embroider a totebag available for an extra fee of 5 eur.Â
